Parkview Church of God in Yazoo City, MS built a new facility in 2004. They moved out of a sanctuary seating less than 175, and into one seating 750. The new facility also includes offices, classrooms and a youth department. After the first few services, they found the acoustics of the sanctuary made the room nearly unusable. They contacted Dave Gordon of Eagle Sound and Acoustics, who began helping them address their problems. Dave utilized our services for various portions of the project.
During 2005, a number of acoustical changes were made which have allowed the room to function very well as a church sanctuary. In December of 2005, a final, new audio system was installed. Accoring to the locals and those who've attended the church from miles away, it's the best sounding church and church audio system around.
There's still work to be done with the audio, video, lighting and acoustics.
