The steel brackets were designed by All Church Sound & Liberty
Die & Mold. A visit into the attic was the first step; Blake
(All Church Sound) and Rob (Liberty Die & Mold) crept around
in the attic for just over an hour taking measurements and determining
what the best method of mounting would be.
Once the attic visit was over, Blake and Rob began designing
the brackets needed. Materials were ordered and work began. The
project required two sizes of box tube, two sizes of round pipe,
flat stock, threaded rods, and numerous other pieces of solid
steel stock that would be milled into threaded inserts, plates,
and other parts. Over 100 linear feet of steel will be used to
make the 5 brackets required for this project.
Liberty Die & Mold builds plastic injection molds
and handles welding and custom work. Blake began using Liberty Die
& Mold for all of his steel speaker brackets when he was doing
full turn-key church audio system installations. Blake and Rob have
not had a chance to work together on a project like this for quite
some time since Blake is no longer doing any installation work.
However, for this local church, we were asked to supply the brackets.

these are the three brackets for the bass boxes;
all of the parts have been cut, now they need to be assembled.
